Welcome to Auralith, an educational platform for courses on collaborating with artificial intelligence tools and conversational agents. By accessing any content or services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of Auralith services constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Auralith offers interactive training sessions, workshops, and personalized coaching on chat-based agent development and artificial intelligence applications.

3. Digital Products

We provide downloadable course materials, video tutorials, and documentation for self-paced learning.

4. Physical Merchandise

Our platform may offer branded educational kits and printed guides for purchase.

5. User Conduct

Users must respect all applicable regulations and refrain from unauthorized sharing of account credentials or protected content.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Live training sessions are non-refundable due to seat reservation requirements, but registrations may be transferred to another session with at least 7 days’ notice. One-on-one consultations may be rescheduled once without charge if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. All refund inquiries for other service offerings must be submitted in writing to our support team.

6.2 Digital Products

Customers may request a full refund for digital course materials within 30 days of purchase, provided that no more than 10% of the content has been accessed. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of confirmation.

6.3 Physical Merchandise

Merchandise may be sent back within 14 days of delivery, in unused condition and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the items, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within 15 days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Auralith is protected by copyright and trademark law. Users may not reproduce or distribute materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auralith is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
